The year 2012 is filled with latest sarees in the fashion market. Indian women prefer wearing sarees with trendy designs. Designer sarees are also considered as a traditional outfit for a woman. It does not matter whether a woman is young or old, thin or fat, sarees have always come to their rescue and are considered to be one of the best Indian fashion wear of all times.

Women who are based in a different country out of India prefer wearing designer sarees with pretty resham or zardosi work or even sarees with some embroidery work. Some of the other sarees worn by women, most of the times are the ones they get inspired after watching Bollywood movies. Bollywood has always been a trendsetter. Many women follow the latest fashion by seeing their favorite actors wearing them in movies. Whenever a new Bollywood movie is released, its fashion is immediately copied by their fans. Violet and purple colors with plenty of resham and sequins work are seen to be one of a very catchy color trend when it comes to selection of latest sarees.

With resham work and sequin work on them, it gives the saree a more beautiful look. Not just the saree, even the design of the blouse leaves an everlasting mark. During the wedding ceremony, the most preferred by women are Banarasi Silk sarees or Georgette / Net sarees and they come with brocade or zari work which looks very beautiful on the borders. Wearing these sarees gives a slimmer look in a woman and their beauty only enhances when they wear these kinds of designer sarees. The price of these can range from $100 and upwards depending upon the amount of work that has been embroidered on the saree.

These days, the designer sarees trend has changed to Moti and pearl work compiled on different types of fabric with different cloth pieces being joined together for making some classic designs. It is not just the styles of embroidery but also the printing techniques and its creative outputs that are becoming more and more famous.

These kinds of designer sarees experiment are mostly conducted on wedding and bridal wear saree collections to suit the taste of a woman. Designer sarees are not only famous in India but also in different parts of the world such as the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Malaysia, Sri Lanka and Pakistan. Many Hollywood celebrities also prefer wearing Indian latest sarees for their red carpet function. Celebrities such as Angelina Jolie, Liz Hurley and Scarlett Johansson are often seen wearing Indian designer sarees. In the olden days, hand embroidery on sarees were popular and today, the same trend has started all over again with hand embroidery sarees paving its way in the field of saree collection.
