Sri Rossa Roslaina Handiyani (Rossa), also known as Dato’ Sri Rossa, is the Best-Selling Indonesian Artist of All Time, with Over 11 Million Records Sold Worldwide until 2021. As Indonesian Diva, Rossa has produced numerous hit songs and gained the Multi-Platinum Award & Million Award for her albums. Since 1999, her albums have been released in Southeast Asia and Japan (2014).
Her second compilation album, The Best of Rossa, ranked 10th on the List Indonesian of All Time Best-Selling Albums with Over 1,5 Million copies sold. Her solo album Love, Life & Music also successfully breaks music record the Indonesian World Records Museum (MURI) & Indonesia Recording Industry Associations (ASIRI) as the Highest-Selling Indonesian Album of All Time with Over 100.000 copies of CD sold in a day.
At the beginning of 2017, Rossa launched her latest album, “A New Chapter,” which incorporates collaborations with international musicians. This album was awarded 4x Platinum Awards on 5th October 2017. She’s also received the “Planet Muzik Special Award (Cateory: Legend Award)” from Anugerah Planet Muzik (Region Grammy Awards) in Singapore on 28th October 2018.
Her songs have been used for over 155 soundtrack titles, both for films and soap operas until 2021. Rossa has won many awards with a total of more than 115 awards untiil 2021. The one of most awarded Indonesian artist in history.
Her success as a singer and excellence in entrepreneurship leads to many brands choosing her as their brand ambassadors. Besides, Rossa is also the only singer in Indonesia with the title of nobility from the Surakarta Kingdom “Kanjeng Mas Ayu Sri Rossa Swarakaloka” and Pahang Kingdom, Malaysia “Dato’ Sri”.
In 2019, Rossa signed a record deal with SM Entertainment from South Korea, managing Korean superstars such as Super Junior, EXO, NCT Dream, Red Velvet, BoA, Taeyeon, Super-M, Aespa, and many others.
